Batch Analytics

Each batch produced on the factory floor gets stored in a cloud database. This data is then displayed via our Batch Analytics Dashboard where the data is visualized. This dynamic dashboard is custom build according to customer specifications.

Traceability

Search for any batch number and view the accompying parameters. View batches such a deviations or specific parameter conditions/values using the filters for the dashboard.

Performance/Quality

Use the filters to identify common parameters and gain insight on the performance of your process. Use this information to make changes and gain performance throughput and quality on your process.
