Counterflow Cooler

The counterflow cooler is designed for the effective cooling of extruded and expanded products. The counterflow cooler features a rotary distributor that evenly spreads the product across the entire bed which ensures homogeneous cooling of the product. The counterflow cooler can be built as a standalone unit or it can be integrated into the main structure of the plant as required. Additionally, the cooler can be equipped with process monitoring features and integrated with a IoT system to allow for accurate and precise process monitoring.
